Rih-Rih was spotted yesterday in NYC, rocking this look... I personally like the look very retro chic-meets the millennium, a-la Amber Rose.. I think Rihanna can pull almost anything off, and if she can't, she has the confident to make you believe she can... POW.... How do you feel?
